Operators wanting to receive work through the network are onboarded before any booking is placed. The requirements are not onerous, but they are not optional, because an account placing work through this desk is relying on every operator behind it.
What you will be asked to evidence
- Current operating licence or authority for each market you cover
- Commercial insurance appropriate to passenger carriage, with certificates
- Fleet detail: vehicle classes, capacities and presentation standard
- Chauffeur screening and licensing process
- Operational contact and after-hours escalation route
Documentation is re-checked on renewal rather than filed once and forgotten. Operators who let cover or licensing lapse stop receiving work until it is current again, which is the only way the standard means anything.
After onboarding
Work is allocated on market fit and recorded performance. Service failures are logged against the operator, and sustained problems reduce allocation. Equally, consistent operators see more work, which is the intended outcome of measuring it at all.
